Problem Description: The remote control does not work normally.
Reason Analysis:
1）The remote control may not have power/is breakdown.
2）The remote control needs to be re-paired 3）The remote control receiver module under the display is damaged
Solutions:
1）Remove the white insulating paper on the back of the remote control, then press the button. The red light on the head of the remote control will light up. If the light is not on, it means the battery is dead or damaged, please replace the battery first. If the remote control still does not light up, you need to replace the remote control.
2)The red light of the remote control is on, which means the remote control is normal, please execute the pairing. Unplug the safety lock, turn off the power, then turn on the power switch again, and press and hold the remote control start button for 1-3 seconds, then the treadmill makes a continuous “dididi” sound which means the remote control and the treadmill match successfully, then put in the safety lock to start the treadmill.
3) If you cannot perform the above pairing operation, the receiving module of the controller may be damaged. So please replace the display under the treadmill.
