Abnormal sound

Problem Description:Abnormal sounds occurs

Reason Analysis:

1) There is a foreign body between the running belt and the running board

2) The small belt is skewed

3) Abnormal sound of roller

4) Abnormal sound of the motor

Solution:

1) Clean the foreign objects in the running belt.

2) Open the motor cover and adjust the small belt in a straight line.

3) Replace the roller.

Replace the roller

Step 1: Remove the screws that fix the rear tail base, remove the rear cover, then remove the screws that fix the rear roller, and take off the rear roller.

Step 2: Open the motor cover and remove the screws , tighten the small belt screws and the screws that fix the motor base to the frame, and unscrew the front roller adjustment screws. Then take off the front roller.

Step 3: Replace the front and rear rollers with new ones, and put a small belt on the flywheel of the front roller. First screw the hex socket screws for fixing the front roller to the proper position, and then put the rear roller in the corresponding position to fix the screws.

Step 4: Adjust the small belt in a straight line, fix the screws on the motor base and the frame, and then tighten the small belt motor screws until the small belt is turned by hand to 45 degrees.

Step 5: Put on the motor cover and tighten the screws that fix the motor cover.

Step 6: Turn on the treadmill at a speed of about 3km/h. If the running belt is off to the left, turn on the treadmill at a speed of about 3km/h. Adjust the hexagon socket screw in the left rear tail cover to turn clockwise (twist each time half turn) Until the running belt is centered. Or adjust the hexagon socket screw in the rear cover on the right to turn it counterclockwise (twist each time half turn) until the running belt is centered. If the running belt is shifted to the right, turn on the treadmill at a speed of about 3km/h, and adjust the hexagon socket screw in the right rear tail cover to turn clockwise (each time half-turn) until the running belt is centered. Or adjust the inner hexagonal screw in the rear cover on the left and turn it counterclockwise (twist each time half turn) until the running belt is centered.

4) Replace the motor.
