Problem Description:Whether the riser is up or down, the display shows 4km/h, the treadmill can not adjust the speed up
Reason Analysis:
1)Check whether the communication cable is plugged loosely or falls off
2)Check Whether the communication cables are bent
3)Check if the angle switch module is loose.
Solutions:
1)First of all, check the black communication line under the handle lever, open the line card, confirm whether the pin inside is bent, if so, straighten the bent pin rightly and then inserted.
2)Open the motor cover, confirm whether the pin that leads from the riser to the socket of the black communication cable in the motor cover are bent (with the English words SAFETY + KEY). If there is, set the bent pin right and insert it again.
3)Open the riser display meter cover (use the Phillips screwdriver in the kit to loosen the first three screws on the black inner cover of the left and right side risers from top to bottom, then use the Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screws on the black outer box of the display on the riser frame, taking care not to loosen the second screw on the left and right side).Then open the display cover to confirm whether the angle switch module is loose or fallen, if so, the angle switch needs to be placed vertically and reinforced with glue,If the angle switch module is not loose or fallen, you need to open the plug wire of the angle switch module to confirm whether the pins are bent, if so, set the bent pins right and plug them in.
