Problem Description:Running belt slipping
Reason Analysis:
1)Motor belt is too loose
2)Running belt is too loose
Solutions:
Steps for tightening motor belt :
Step 1: Turn the treadmill sideways, remove the screws under the motor cover, and then turn the treadmill back over.
Step 2: Remove the motor cover. If the motor belt is too loose, use an Allen screwdriver to loosen the screw on the top of the motor first, then tighten the screw (half turn) that adjusts the motor belt until you can rotate the motor belt by hand to flip it to 45 degrees. Make the top of the motor balance by turing the screw .
Step 3: If the small belt is offset, we can use one hand to rotate the motor blade and the other hand to move the motor belt until the belt is in a straight line.
Step 4: Cover the motor cover, turn the treadmill over and lock the four screws fixing the motor cover, then turn the treadmill back.
