Problem Description:The left and right motor side covers are broken
Reason Analysis:bumping
Solutions:
Replace the right side cover of the motor:Step 1: Turn the treadmill sideways, remove the screws under the motor cover, and then turn the treadmill back over.
Step 2: Remove the motor cover, unplug the two AC wires connected to the controller behind the power switch, and unscrew the ground electrode screw fixed to the main frame.
Step 3: Remove the screws securing the right side cover of the motor, then remove the right side cover of the motor and unscrew the small screws securing the power switch.
Step 4: Find the new motor right side cover, fix the power switch on the motor right side cover, and then tighten the screws that fix the motor right side cover.
Step 5: Tighten the yellow ground electrode screw fixed on the main frame, and then insert the two AC wires plugged into the controller. Finally, fix the communication cable and AC cable with a tie.
Step 6: Put on the motor cover, turn the treadmill over to lock the motor cover screws, and then turn the treadmill back
Replace the left side cover of the motor:
Step 1: Turn the treadmill sideways, remove the screws under the motor cover, and then turn the treadmill back over.
Step 2: Remove the motor cover, then remove the screws used to secure the left side cover of the motor. Remove the left side cover of the motor.
Step 3: Put the new motor left side cover on and fix it with screws
Step 4: Put on the motor cover, turn the treadmill over to tighten the motor cover screws, then turn the treadmill back
