Step 1: Turn the treadmill sideways, remove the screws under the motor cover, and turn the treadmill back.
Step 2: Remove the motor cover, remove the two AC wires connecting the motor to the controller, unscrew the screws fixing the motor ground electrode to the main frame, unscrew the screws used to adjust the motor balance, and unscrew the screws used to fix the motor belt. Then unscrew the screws that fix the motor base on the main frame and take the motor off. Finally, take off the two screws on the motor.
Step 3: Fix the removed motor base on the new motor, put the motor into the main frame and fix the motor base on the main frame with screws. Put the motor belt on the motor wheel, adjust the motor belt until it is in a straight line. Tighten the screws fixing the motor belt, adjust the motor belt, and finally adjust the screws fixing the motor balance.
Step 4: Insert the two AC wires (red to m + black to m-) in the controller, then fix the ground wire of the motor and the ground wire on the switch to the main frame.
